Getting Back On the Board- January Update
Our client Boarder has been on his journey with SPS over a month now. Even though we are in the mist of a challenging time, he has managed to maintain his momentum as well as a clear path of achievement on his road to reclaiming the board.
A reminder of the goals in place:
Goals:
· Weight loss – Ideal weight under 200lbs
· Muscle and body tone improvement
· Physical Fitness improvement
· Eating habits – Eating right instead of convenient
· Get back to the snow/surf board.
Taking into account medical advice and personal restrictions due to the back injury, Boarder is following a Monday to Friday weight routine along with our clean eating weekly plan.
There are many ways to track your weight loss, performance, and progress. It can be a simple spreadsheet which you populate, or any number of downloadable apps. At SPS, we encourage the use of what suits your needs and lifestyle. Some people feel encouraged by numbers, while others by imagery. All we ask is that you do track your journey and share the results, so that together we can adjust the plan when and if the need arises.
Boarder uses apps to track his weight loss and work out performances, and we can already see some growth and improvements.
When we asked Boarder for a little update this reply is what makes what we do with you worth while:
"Steady Gains, Sticking to the plan, people already telling me I look different... Better..."
SPS is about challenging yourself to become your best self, both mentally and physically. Working with Boarder, we can clearly see we are moving forward daily.
The next steps for Boarder will be simple but productive: Working within a steady timeline to build on the training goals and clean eating without risk to his health or injury, which will continue to lead to results. In our next update with Boarder, we will revisit with a photo comparison to highlight physical improvement. We will also discuss meal plans that have been working with the clean living program.
Great work as always Boarder.
